          At the law firm of Motooka Yamamoto & Revere, we are dedicated to providing experienced, quality legal services as economically as possible.  The two senior partners in the firm have been practicing law in Hawaii for over 31 and 29 years respectively. Over the years, they have strived to provide their clients with the type of service they would want if they were the client. Our firm primarily represents clients in the areas of master and community associations, condominium association law, civil litigation, insurance defense, construction litigation and in collecting debts associated with the Associations.

          At Motooka Yamamoto & Revere, we believe that it is important to provide as much information to our clients as possible.  As a courtesy to our clients, we present an annual law seminar to address the latest developments affecting community associations.

          Our collection team uses the latest technology and resources when collecting debts.  By using up-to-date technology, our firm is able to provide effective, efficient, and economical collection of debts owed to the Associations.  As a courtesy to our clients, our collection team prepares monthly status reports in detail, for each individual collection matter at no charge to the Association.  This will give the Association a better understanding and accurate information on all of the individual collection matters. The status report also provides the Association with the essential information needed to make reliable and cost effective decisions on the individual collection matters.
